By accessing or using Kollabro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Kollabro is a cloud-based practice management platform for accounting firms. We provide client management, job workflows, time tracking, invoicing, compliance tools, and related services as described on our website.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Kollabro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your data is isolated per company and accessible only to your authorised team members.
5. Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kollabro is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding any claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
