We use essential cookies for platform functionality and to remember demo access. A short-lived demo visit cookie groups visits into sessions. We record video viewing progress against your demo email only when you choose to share it. You can switch progress sharing off beside the player and continue watching.

8. Recorded Demos and Enquiries

When you request demo access, we store your email, any name and practice details you supply, and campaign information from the link you used in our Salesman lead management system. We use these details to provide access and respond to your enquiries. You can separately ask the team to follow up about Kollabro.

Questions and demo requests are stored for the team and emailed to our enquiry inbox. Questions may include the current video timestamp. Optional viewing statistics include playback starts and watched sections associated with your email. These help the team understand interest and tailor follow-up. Our video hosting and email providers process the data needed to deliver those services. Opening an optional calendar link takes you to that provider's booking page.

Demo access cookies last up to 30 days. To request access to or deletion of your demo details, contact info@kollabro.com. Turning off progress sharing stops new viewing reports; it does not delete information already supplied.
